5 The erected grid structure has a node center position offset error of less than 1.5mm, and the length of the single cone mesh must not be greater than ±1.5mm.

6 After all the grids are installed, the longitudinal and lateral lengths of the grid must be less than L/2000, and need not be less than or equal to 30mm. The center offset of the support should be less than L/3000 and less than or equal to 30mm. 7 Adjacent branches The height difference between the seats is less than or equal to 15mm, and the height difference between the highest point and the lowest point needs to be less than or equal to 30mm.

8 No-load deflection ensures less than L/800.

9 Quality personnel should prepare measuring tools such as Chinese theodolites, level gauges, steel tape measures and auxiliary equipment cones, steel rulers, etc., for inspection.

10 Quality inspection personnel should continue to stay at the construction site without interruption, keep abreast of the construction situation, make necessary records, improve the corresponding information, and report the situation to the quality engineer and other supervisors in a timely manner, and actively and closely cooperate with the work.

Civil construction control for quality control of grid installation: It is required to put the components in the corresponding position, and it is not allowed to be placed in a random manner and no damage or loss can occur. The surface of the embedded plate is clean and tidy, and the axial position, standard height and geometrical dimensions are accurate. In addition, it is also necessary to ensure that the longitudinal and lateral length deviation is less than 30mm, the offset of the embedded center is less than 30mm, and the adjacent embedded parts need to be less than 15mm, and the maximum height difference of the corresponding embedded parts should be less than 30mm.
